Judit is an organisational psychologist, an assessment and leadership expert and an executive and team coach. Her focus is on developing values, and purpose-driven organisations that are led by mindful leaders.  She is a  trusted advisor to Board level executives in the Corporate and Private Equity sector and has partnered with hundreds of organisations from various industries, ranging from early stage start-ups to FTSE 100 companies. Judit is passionate about helping individuals expand their self-awareness and creating leadership cultures that promote trust, connection and collaboration in the workplace. She has coached C-level executives, high potentials, and leaders transitioning to new or bigger roles. Whether building a high performing team or exceeding expectations in business performance, her insighfull and probing approach helps leaders to understand the behaviours and actions required to get results. Judit holds an MA in Psychology, an MSc in Psychological Assessments in Organisations, and a PhD in Organisational Psychology. She is BPS accredited to conduct to personality and ability based assessments. In her free time, he enjoys wild swimming, diving, travelling and tennis.     

Ian is an executive and team coach, and leadership consultant. His focus is on helping businesses improve their bottom line through developing high performing leaders and leadership teams. With more than 20 years executive experience in UK PLCs as an Operations Director, HR Director, Talent Director and CPO, Ian brings a wealth of commercial leadership experience to helping leaders and leadership teams realise their full potential. Ian is committed to helping his clients achieve transformational and lasting progress through unlocking new ways of thinking and by removing blockages and limiting beliefs. He has a calm, curious, non-judgemental style and asks insightful questions that challenge his clients to get to the heart of the matter.

Ian holds an MBA and an Honours Degree in Engineering . He qualified as an executive coach through Henley Business School and is accredited by ICF , EMCC and AC.

When not working, Ian loves to spend time with his family, walk in the countryside with his dogs and is currently training for his first triathlon.

Specialising in effeciency, innovation and Lean Six Sigma, Phil excels in driving strategic change and simplifying complexity. Known for enhancing customer experience, profit and business growth, Phil is a profit-driven, strategic thinker, and dedicated to developing and implementing effective strategies in highly regulated, fast-paced commerical environments. Phil excels in advising companies on organisational design, creating growth from the ground up, and helping them to make the right changes to their everyday workings, operations, processes and practices. 

Phil holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic Leadership. 

in his free time, he is an avid festival attendee and is kept busy by his two rescue dogs who try their best to keep him on his toes.

 Paul is a change and transformation expert, 

recognised for driving transformation, and simplifying data in prominent high street brands the UK. Enabling fast executive level decision-making, and specialising in end-to-end programme management, Paul is a Lean Practitioner from Cradiff University. He is passionate about removing inneficiencies and driving growth, and major organisational change initiatives by ensuring semaless integration between operational and support teams. Forstering a culture of excellence and innovation, Paul brings a strategic perspective that aligns with the organisational objectives and enhances customer experience and operational efficiency. By identifying revenue growth opportunities, Paul advises client organisations by crafting strategic actions and and ensuring that business change activities not only launch successfully but deliver lasting impact.  

Paul never needs to find an excuse to get out on his motorbikes, regularly enters off road races to push his limits.

 Living and breathing operation excellence, Sally has a track record of consistently achieving impactful results whilst developing people, and generating collaborating team cultures. She is passionate about codifying principle-based processes, developing simplification initiatives, best practices and driving efficiency for profitable growth. Sally has led various global roles, influencing cross-functionality to enable success for operation teams and international Franchise Partners. With a strategic and rational mindset, she is known for prioritising customers and front-facing teams. Her expertise lies in developing scalable frameworks, whether for new market entry, service model creation, or operational delivery. 

As a keen eventer, Sally is passionate about all things horses and enjoys cooking and travelling.

Chris brings over 25 years of recruitment expertise, specialising in executive search and selection across diverse industries. Through deep networks and a partnership-driven approach, he connects clients with top talent, offering tailored permanent and interim recruitment solutions and fractional senior executives to meet strategic needs. His experience spans global financial giants, blue-chip firms, public sector bodies, and dynamic startups—including PE- and VC-backed ventures. 

Chris also empowers senior executives with job search and career coaching, while advising organizations on HR and business planning. Off-duty, he’s carving the slopes on skis or chasing the perfect golf swing 

Renato is a data consultant and data scientist specialising in machine learning, predictive modelling, and data architecture. He provides end-to-end data transformation solutions, leveraging AI-driven analytics and cutting-edge technologies to help organisations extract actionable insights and optimise decision-making. With a strong foundation in both data science and data engineering, he helps companies optimise their data management strategies by designing scalable data pipelines, developing predictive models, and implementing advanced analytics solutions to drive informed decision-making and business success.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Rijeka, Croatia, and a PhD from the University of Essex, where he conducted research involving complex statistical modelling and analysis of cognitive and behavioral data. His expertise lies in identifying meaningful patterns in complex datasets and translating data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations that can be understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.

In his free time, Renato enjoys picking apart financial and real estate trends, uncovering hidden patterns in data, and figuring out what really drives markets. He also loves travelling, photography, and meditation.

Fin is a research ethics and integrity consultant, advising on and developing best practices in ethical research, risk management, and policy. He provides guidance in the fields of data privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance, with experience in quality-checking research design by means of document reviewing and data audits (such as examining data collection, processing, storage, and destruction) alongside raw data analysis.

Fin is a professional within governance, with principal aims to foster a culture of trust, fairness, and accountability alongside enhancing inclusivity and diversity.

Fin holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology and a Master of Research in Molecular Microbiology from the University of Portsmouth. This academic background demonstrates his broad scientific and analytical skills. In his free time, he enjoys connecting with nature, running, and practicing yoga.
